Vertical Horizon launched in 1991 at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.  Hitting it big with their double platinum album "Everything You Want" in 1999, 4 songs landed on the music charts.  Co-founder and lead singer Matt Scannell joins award-winning program director Ray White backstage, in July of 2012, to talk about the history of the band and their "Burning The Days" CD.  Their latest release is titled "The Lost Mile." In our Showcase Segment, we feature the 2000 Grammy award winner (with Carlos Santana), Everlast.  His latest album is titled "Whitey Ford's House of Pain."  Learn more about the latest with many of your favorite "classic" bands and performers at Classic Artists Today
