Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Nancy Wilson of Heart has a new band and project she's been working on called Roadcase Royale.  Teaming with several members of Heart and Prince's New Power Generation bands, the sound combines Rock and R&B at its best!  In this April of 2017 interview with New Music Weekly Magazine's 2017 Program Director of the Year, Ray White, Nancy talks about the new band, new record, and plans for the rest of the year.  Her albums, throughout the years, have sold well over 35 million worldwide.  Nancy's recordings have made it to the Top 10 on the charts during the 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's and 10's - making Heart and their music among the most commercially enduring rock bands in history!  Another Rock and Roll Hall of Fame musician - Pink Floyd's Roger Waters , is in our "Spotlight" segment on this episode.  He's just released his fifth studio album, Is This The Life We Really Want?"

Born out of the music mecca of San Francisco in 1982, Night Ranger has sold nearly 20 million albums throughout the years, and are led by original members Jack Blades, Brad Gillis and Kelly Keagy.  In this August of 2011 interview with guitarist Brad Gillis, award-winning program director Ray White talks with him about their tour with Journey and Foreigner, early beginnings of the band, his career when Jack Blades joined Damn Yankees, their album Somewhere In California - and much more!  Night Ranger's current album Don't Let Up gives you the connection with the band today, tied back to their strong Rock and Roll roots! In our "Spotlight" segment, we'll feature a pioneer of hard driving Rock and Roll - Deep Purple, who's latest album is titled Infinite.  It's their 20th since 1968 and includes original members Ian Paice, Ian Gillan and Roger Glover driving their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame sound.
