Mark Andes was original member of three incredible bands - Spirit (1967), Jo Jo Gunne (1971) and Firefall (1974).  A bassist and background vocalist, Mark also was with Heart during the height of their career (1983-1993).  In 2014, Mark reunited with Firefall, which now has three original members in the band.  Interviewing Mark backstage at an October of 2016 show, he talks about rejoining Firefall and provides insights into his days with Spirit.  Your award-winning host, Ray White, features much more on Mark and his music and features Lindsay Buckingham & Christine McVie (Fleetwood Mac) in our "Showcase" segment.  For additional information visit http://www.classicartiststoday.com

Good interview, I was fortunate to see Firefall in Vancouver years ago when they played with the Little River Band and talked to Mark at the airport, nice guy.It was a great show Rick's voice was going on him so the rest of the band had to pick up the slack vocally,The Little River Band was also great, Glad to here original Firefall back together sounding really good . Mark is a great bass player Im a huge Spirit fan, his bass on 12 Dreams of Dr.Sardonicus was ahead of the times and really ties it together, I'm going to check for Firefall dates near here, His bass on Spirit Salvation is great I like how he can change it up for a fresh sound, standout track Storm in the Night, and of course all the JoJo Gunne music outstanding track , I Make Love ,Thanks Mark ,keep on grooving ,Thanks the The Cat
