Robin Lane launched her career in the late 1970's fronting her band, The Chartbusters. Iconic music producer Jerry Wexler (Aretha Franklin, Allman Brothers, Led Zeppelin, Dire Straits), signed the band to Warner Brothers Records. Throughout the years Robin has released 13 albums - 5 with The Chartbusters and 8 as an solo artist. Her latest release is Dirt Road To Heaven. We talked with Robin about Jerry's work with the band, working with Neil Young and Susanna Hoffs of the Bangles, and her latest album.
