Ed Toth (Doobie Brothers) and Keith Howland (Chicago) spent time hanging out as their bands toured together, throughout the years.  Living in the Nashville area, they formed Button with the Doobie's John Cowan.  Their music, in this new endeavor, leans towards progressive rock and expands the traditional recorded music horizons that they've been know for throughout the years.  Ed joined award-winning program director Ray White in the Summer of 2017, as the Button project was nearing completion, and Keith sat down with Ray during the Summer of 2018, after the albums release, to talk about the unique project.  Multi-platinum recording artist Kansas is featured in our "showcase segment."  Check out our website at http://www.classicartiststoday.com for more information about our shows.

The legendary John McEuen is a multi-instrumentalist who played a major role in the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band for well over 3 decades.  With over a dozen awards and nominations throughout the years, both in a band and solo, John last broke from the band in 2017.  Award-winning program director, Ray White, talks with John about his new book, "The Life I've Picked," and about his latest solo album release - Made In Brooklyn.  Grammy winner McEuen provides great stories about his life and times!  In our showcase segment we feature The Father of the British Blues - John Mayall.  Great musicians like Eric Clapton, Peter Green, Jack Bruce, John McVie, Mick Taylor and many others cut their teeth and launch their career as part of John's Bluesbreakers band.  John Mayall's latest live release is titled Three For The Road.  For additional information about our show visit www.classicartiststoday.com
