Keith Reid was best known as the co-founder of Procol Harum and their lyricist and songwriter.  He's in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for the song "A Whiter Shade of Pale."  Towards the end of his career, he led The Keith Reid Project, who released two albums, the last one titled In My Head.  Keith passed away on March 23, 2023.  Multi-award winning program director Ray White hooked up with Keith in April of 2009 to talk about his The Common Thread album, which included a highly-impressive group of singers including John Waite, Chris Thompson and Southside Johnny.  His final release with Procol Harum was The Well's On Fire, in 2003.
